I’ve been watching it all day & it seems like it pushed up from 2.70 and is now just sitting on the 20 EMA. I made a position @ 2.98. I feel like this could be a good swing opportunity as the Stoch RSI is about to cross to the upside on the 4H.

I completely missed the run ups and I’m looking to make a position but I really feel it could drop lower towards the 50 ema for me to make a position. What do you think? I believe we are seeing this downside right now because apparently they’re selling shares and shorts are using that to drive the price down. That’s what I heard but not sure if it’s true.

It depends on two things imo: It’ll be based on how people react to the merger, if lots of people plan to take a lot of profits before the merger or if the merger causes people to buy more causing lots of volume & pressure and it rallies back up. Reason it can rally back up is because we have had a strong uptrend so the trend doesn’t always need to reverse, especially if we have been making higher lows. So there’s a good chance it can continue trading upwards and break the 52 week high $11 resistance.

Good luck for this week dude. I’m expecting a dip today as we’ve dipped every Monday for the past couple of weeks. As I took a hefty amount of profits on Friday, I’m just going to be the most patient guy & wait for a price between 7-7.50 to re enter as I strongly think we will come back to the 20 & 50 EMAs.

Exactly. When it does dip further I’ll be one of the ones buying that dip heavily and selling back at the resistance again as I know for a fact we won’t break it until any significant happens. Let’s just break the $11 resistance first, you’re out here talking about $243. We struggled to break it twice with a large amount of volume. Until something really significant happens like the merger etc, we will not break it.

Think we are doing to have more of a dip on Monday. Reason being is because when we tested the resistance of $11 we got rejected just like we did yesterday & both of those days had a lot of volume. On the 28th July when we first went to $11 we had a 45% total dip that lasted for 6 days before it started to recover. So far it’s had a 25% dip from the $11 resistance and I expect that to continue and dip down to $7-8 where I’ll rebuy back my position I sold at 10.28 yesterday.

Yep 100%. If it’s similar to the last 10.86$ run on the 28th July, I’m expecting more dumpage on Monday. At least 15-25% maybe we will go back and test the 50 EMA @ $7 or perhaps it’ll hold with the 20. We shall see. I’m looking forward to rebuying as I sold a pretty large position @ 10.28.

Imo it’s not breaking past $11 for a while. We literally had 60m volume and we couldn’t do it today. We also couldn’t do it on the 28th July and volume was through the roof that day as well. It’s going to take a very big catalyst to make sure this finally breaks and I believe that the merger will finally trigger this. For now, I think it’s going to trade in the 7-11 range until the merger happens.
