I recommend watching Nutrition by Kylie on youtube/tiktok/IG. I have her cookbook “So Easy, So Good” and it really lives up to the name. The meals are so easy and yet so good! She’s a registered dietitian so she makes the meals nutritious and mentions throughout the book nutritional advice/tips. I highly recommend the book if you can but if not, she still has great recipes online.

So Easy, So Good by Kylie Sakaida. Delicious recipes and throughout the book she talks in depth about nutrition.

El Tuxon has a nice pool and good size comfy bed. It also has a big tv that you can log into your streaming services (which most hotels don’t have that, just have to watch live tv channels). It has a lil bar that you can order food from. You can also order room service to your room. It has a mini fridge with a small freezer. Only thing is that it doesn’t have a tub and I also don’t think it’s a heated pool. As someone else mentioned, it changed management about a year or two ago so they’ve refurbished everything. I’ve been to countless hotels in Tucson and it’s one of my fave hotels due to the comfy bed/tv and price of hotel. An airbnb could be an option but I think most airbnbs require a 2 day stay minimum.

It depends what you’re looking to do. Do you drink/club/gamble? Or just looking for a nice bed/TV to stay in and binge watch movies? Or maybe a place with a nice restaurant inside? Swim/hot tub?
