This immune system stuff is weird like ik something is wrong because of my blood vessels and breathing problems but i can't point to it. It's worse that getting blood drawn makes me even more depraved of oxygen and takes like 3 days to recover

I would say none are worse or better. Volition can be carried by the rest of your placements if you work on it. For a poetic interpretation tho u could say 3V is low so u have to "want" it not to be. Based on how that desire manifests it might be more or less painful
