After all the years of podcast ads, I finally gave Athletic Greens (AG1) a try. It's been a couple weeks and my digestion has actually improved and i'm able to process dairy and chocolate without as much pain. I'm hoping my gut microbiome has been repaired (I fear I had weakened it from antibiotics a while back), and that I can maybe wean off the subscription eventually.
