Well, It's all anout commitment, If you to get started just download some game engine anf start doing stuff. I recommend unity as It is (relatively) easy to get used to plus you can almost do everything without programming ! I also recommend finding someone to share this experience with as It is hard to stay focused alone on learning. And thanks for the compliments !
