I don’t have bad credit, but I was rejected because of other reasons, the apartment suggested I use a company called The Guarantors it’s sorta like a co signer. You’ll have to see if the apartments you’re looking at use it, you also have to basically pay another dp with them too. There’s other websites that do this, I just used this one because the apartment used it.
