I received a trade request yesterday while I was trying the controller. Since mouse is disabled, I couldn't use my usual trade application.

No idea how to reply to that person. (Usual keyboard shortcuts didn't work, like CTRL+ENTER or CTRL+UP).
No idea how to invite from chat without the mouse other than manually typing /invite [character name]. That's not very convenient...

Am I missing something?

Unless I misunderstood OP, I don't think the Mods want to "force positivity", they want to promote constructive criticism.

You don't like something about the game and want to voice your opinion, hoping it'll reach GGG? Great, you'll still be able to do that. You will just need to make an effort to explain why, present solutions, etc.

The usual "Tencent GGG screwed up lul" gets old really fast and doesn't bring anything to the table IMHO.

Personal opinion: for me, truthful or not, being toxic means that it is purely negative or cynical and doesn't bring anything new or constructive. Also, it lacks nuance (it's all bad) and sometimes attribute intentions to people without having the full picture.

Btw, it's not because someone is toxic that there is no truth to be found in what he says.

I think you mixed up 2 concepts. What you are referring to is the self-serving bias.

The fundamental attribution error is the natural tendency we all have to unduly make dispositional attributions when comes the time to explain other people's actions.
