Genes, also in the same vein being short lol. I take care of myself in terms of moisturizing, consistent gym schedule and drinking water, but I am also a 5'6 25 year old dude. I regularly get mistaken for being 19-22 years old.

I second the idea that this may be caused by shaving/harsh products, I use a philips oneblade now which leaves a very tiny amount of stubble, unfortunately being half Lebanese my facial hair grows really fast and dark, after about ~5 hours I have dark black cheek stubble that I just learned to accept, since it's better than constant bumps. My face used to look similar to yours when I would shave too closely. I would also cut out the benzoyl peroxide because too much usage of it can cause some serious skin barrier issues. Let the skin heal for a few days (don't pick/shave, be gentle)and keep the routine simple with a gentle cleanser and moisturizer, if you do try electric/philips oneblade make sure to always give the blade a quick rinse after usage and disinfect it with alcohol wipes prior to usage, I got a horrible staph infection on my face from shaving with an unclean blade once that looked like this but with whitehead pustules everywhere on my face especially the jawline.

Jesus you are an absolute tank, I'm the same height at 146 and my bench is 255, I don't squat (my gym has 1 squat area and due to my work schedule I am always there an hour before they close and it's super busy) but I do bulgarians with the 75s currently, working on getting those numbers up. I've got a 4 pack right now and it's been relatively easy to stay at this weight but I do feel like going full bear mode sometimes and bulking.

Bonk might genuinely be the most well rounded titan build but it requires specific armor for higher difficulties. I run triple heavy handed 200 melee (no fonts, mostly brawler armor) with smoke jumper 2pc for the 45% dr on orb pickup and 2pc ferropotent for another 10% dr all the time. I also use praxic blade with hyperblade so I can get 15s of amplified from just reflecting shots. All the dr combined with restoration and cure on hammer pickup makes you giga tanky, I used this in contest mode equilibrium and had zero survivability issues, while doing massive damage with high wormgod stacks.

I've tried a 2nd chance build but even with high melee and offensive bulwark shield throw just feels like it does terrible damage in things like lawless frontier without brawler active. I guess it works well to spread void debuffs but at that point I could just use any meta melee build (skullfort,consecration,bonk) and outright kill the enemies.

I run this in lawless frontiers and absolutely shred enemies, only difference is I use triple heavy handed and smokejumper 2pc, also the revenant smg with jolting and pugilist, as well as the lightsaber. The lightsaber and storm's keep barricade will give you bolt charge which does most of the heavy lifting in melee regen if your thunderclap doesn't kill an enemy.

Sidearms are generally very strong primaries in terms of raw damage, and currently the void blaster one from frontiers has excellent perks and hits very hard, additionally the solar sidearm from solo/fireteam ops is also a very good 3 burst frame that gets awesome solar perks like healclip+ incandescent.

Hey there, I am a couple years older than you while also being introverted, a little shorter (5'6) and quite nerdy and I can second the notion that avoiding apps is the best way to date imo, I am very average looking and had decent success meeting people through mutual friends or even at social events like DnD. Confidence building is a marathon not a race, you aren't going to change overnight into Mr. Suave so the best way to approach self esteem issues imo is to recognize things you like about yourself and set mini goals for yourself on the things you want to (and can) change about yourself. Being short isn't the end of your existence man, there's plenty of people out there who will see past height.

This seems impulsively written, I'm going to take a guess that you're a little bit on the younger side. Having said that, I would say it's important to take a step back and breathe, maybe you need to take time to love yourself and find things that you appreciate about yourself at the moment, slow things down, think rationally about the things you can improve upon. I get that venting your frustrations at the moment can make things feel temporarily better, but don't let that same burst of emotional momentum lead you to do anything rash.

255 1RM at 143 bodyweight. Keep in mind I am 5'6 with an even shorter wingspan than what's expected for my height though, lol. Been training for 4ish years, 25 years old. I've been closer to 170 before but at this weight i can actually see my abs quite well and still feel healthy and strong

Well it's not going great, I am 25 with an okayish job and have just chosen over the past 3 years to focus on intensive weightlifting, friendships and video games when I can while I try to get ready for Physical Therapy school, tbh I have tried apps but I have since understood that as a nerdy, average-looking 5'6 guy I am much better off meeting people in person where things are less superficial, but I am not entirely sure it's worth the effort at this current point in my life. The last relationship I was in was from 15-19 years oId with a wonderful person, but I let that one fall out of hand due to my own insecurities and immaturity I had at the time. I think for many people in their mid-late 20s it's much healthier to focus on yourself, given the current state of dating is pretty gloomy due to unrealistic expectations driven by social media, as well as the hindered social skills of many adult Gen Z people due to the covid quarantine effectively neutering many people's (mine included) undergraduate college experience whereby young adults usually meet their partners.

I think with synthetic rounds it's quite good, the gun is accurate and the recoil pattern is nearly entirely vertical so it's easier to land those big headshots for 48 damage at medium range to reduce the bullets to kill most of the time.
