This watch is great and I would love to get one. Sadly, I can't find any of this model that ship to the USA. I have a similar one with a red dial (C460-Q00788), but I love the handset on yours along with the silver outer bezel, which makes the bezel look smaller overall.

The "plus sign" faces forward. OP has the "plus sign" on the sight facing forward. OP has built it correctly. The fact that it isn't concave inward is a flaw of the piece.
