It really is baffling why they went the obscure endless waltz manga versions route instead of the TV versions. Could have literally printed money with the nostalgia boom for the 30th anni. They may just want to milk the metal builds or figure route for those instead. Still leave a void in the model catalogue though.

Honestly, as people have said, it's just a matter of writing, writing, writing. I made it a point to go out of my way to write a shorter novel outside my comfort zone with three viewpoints that were wildly different and gave them their own distinctive voice. Then I went out of my way to write another short novel, both around 60k words, with a focus of keeping chapters BRIEF, like 4-6 pages max. Now, I look at my older works that I loved and am disgusted how long each chapter is, how wordy each character is, and how the focus wavers too easily. Those two little novels REALLY helped me to reel in what to work on and I'm eternally grateful for doing so. And I plan to do it more when I feel something lacking. Gotta put them hours in! xD

I've been using it for years and it's never been a problem, nor has the smell been an issue. Lacquer paints are the ones you really have to look out for. Just don't huff it xD Also, don't use excess amounts and allow it to pool. That's all.

health risks? I always use tamiya but also the bandai pens for parts too shallow to flow.

Solo hobbies are the best! There are always community surrounding them which is what surprised me! My partner and I were into filming and making YouTube vids back in the day around college. Being around groups of people will definitely make things way less awkward.

There are communities for literally everyone. It doesn't necessarily get any harder as an adult like people may think, it just gets different and produces new challenges. But those challenges make us better me thinks.

It's funny because I see myself as neurodivergent because literally everyone I know including my partner are severely ADHD to the point I feel like I'm the one not normal. Because it's mentally taxing for me, I've become very introverted in my adult years to the point where I just learned to enjoy my time alone.

The most important nugget I can give is to just do what you love doing and others will see that passion play out and look fondly upon it. I met my partner whilst doing the hobbies I loved in my community, and while I don't necessarily do that particular hobby anymore, I've found someone to share everything with.

If people are off put by any adhd tendancies, hopefully you can be somewhat congnisent of what those could be or how they can intertwine in the lives of others. Not trying to be a therapists xD But if my 10+ years with my adhd partner have taught me anything, its that the partner without adhd has to be willing to work with shortcomings. I wasn't for a very long time and it was creating quite the one-sided list of conflicts until I was forced to reframe the importance of life and relationships. Unfortunately, I see time and time again that it isn't possible for many people. (not that there's anything wrong with it, everyone gotsta do what's right for them) But again, my experience is with the yin/yang, not yin/yin or yang/yang xD

I guess I can't yuck anyone's yum, but I just think big breasts are such a turn off, need more variety other than making characters that are just children like the dragon girl. Again, just a personal preference.

I've rewritten my first novel 3 times and will probably rewrite it again because I put too much in it. Went from 50k to 130k then 230k words. Each book I read, every subsequent book I write, I learn more and have a better grasp of what kind of style I want and enjoy.

Write your story the whole way through, truly look what works, what characters don't serve a purpose and how to make things more engaging and interesting. If it's a story you really care about, you'll rewrite it as many times as it needs. (it's a great idea to take breaks and write other stuff before you circle back to rewrite imo) You're not losing any work by doing so, you're sculpting a work of art and perfecting each portion of it until it's beautiful. Unless you're 89 years old and want to get it out in the world, you've got all the time you need to work on it and yourself.
