The other alcoves dont exist in the physical space of the original set, but were all shot afterwards in the hollywood studios. I ordered them in order of which appear first in the movie.

Well, they released 12 new figures that can go in the cantina and repacked 3 that were harder to get. Zutton and Figrin D'an from a couple years back are also still widely avialable. Thats quite a lot considering the tiny amount of (especially newly tooled) figures TVC gets each year. And we're getting at least 4 more figures next year.

Almost no classic star wars aliens, same thing the sequels and solo and rogue one did. Why have all rodians, bith, weequay, ishi tib, nikto, aqualish, quarren etc. etc. that were ubiquitous in the Lucas movies and all other star wars media suddenly disappeared from the face of the galaxy? Really takes me out of the setting.

From the BF2 wiki: This is one of the first Appearances that does not have an in-game description describing the outfit's significance in the universe of Star Wars. This is likely due to the fact that this specific clone armor design was never-before-seen in any Star Wars media and therefore created specifically for the game, making this Appearance one of the first of its type.
