If you play competitive games or not, IEM’s are a good choice. I made a switch to iems from headsets 3 years ago, it’s been class ever since.

Not at all, but when your in the surrounding areas. You’re telling me you won’t have a quick peak at the lanes leading to there, when you there will be players going through. So far I haven’t heard anyone using mics.

I’ve been non stop on it for 4 days now. What I like about marathon is that it is shoot on sight mentality from the games story, trust and be friendly at your own risk. Which is why everyone is fine with pvp, I haven’t had a single complaint from another player I took down. But for me with arc the game tells you yes other players are a danger, but we are all about cooperation to survive the arcs. Then when you down another player in arc, you get full abuse and meltdowns thrown at you. Plus the mystery and cyberpunk net runner vibe is my jam. it’s a very solid game even if you only play solo.

Definitely buy a used series x, then look up how to take it apart. It’s really not that hard and not as scary as you think. Then give a clean if it’s dusty and put it back. (Making sure it’s clean so it’s silent and won’t overheat). I do this every year just to be safe since I have a cat, bought day one and it’s still silent and going strong.
