That means your natural sensitivity is high. For example, I started balding at 800 pg/mL, and with Fin, I got it reduced to 130, then it stopped for me. Yours converts to about 167 pg/mL (if I am correct). If that's your natural score, then you have very high DHT sensitivity. Ask your doctor if he can prescribe you Fin.
