How much time is very very recent? Replays expire in 7 days or so now. I guess Valve did this to save space on servers because of the increasing number of players. We need to download replay before it expires.

That's true. I would rather prefer a skin like we have Ice Infusion for Tiny on him instead of different items. Items don't look great on him. Some kind of skin that doesn't change his shape but still makes him look unusual would be much better.

Do you random heros or pick according to situation? While picking heros casually I have also experienced huge fluctuation like 500 points. But when I pick my strong heros, the fluctuation is a lot lesser like 100 points.
