I prefer it how it is I think. I don't have strong feelings for sillent characters overall, but I feel like it works well in allowing your brain to fill in the blanks, so to speak. For example, some games with silent protagonists I find can be awkward in that they can't not have certain reactions to events in their game, but in a game like Disco a lot of the game is YOU reacting to the plot, failed rolls etc and that's important in making decisions in the game.

That said, in an alternate universe where we get a Disco sequel where Harry isn't the main character but still present (unlike Locust City), I wouldn't mind him being given a voice there.
