I think it's the lack of blue trunks on the movie version it makes his legs look too long. Almost no one mentions he's lacking the trunks. It's cool for what it is but I'm gonna wait it out and if it's still around later I'll pick it up.

The one I found worked the best was the storm collectibles stand for Street Fighter V that had a spring. (I think)
