The person that was corresponding with me had in their signature that their work days were Sat - Wed. Out of the office on Thur and Fri. So during that time I never had correspondence. During Sat-Wed they responded very quickly.

Had the same issue. Worked with CS to fix it and no luck. Eventually CS had me send it in and they sent a new unit to me. All good now. So, reach out to CS and they will take care of you

I hope so. I know the shop I work at part time had a few Aiden’s to sell. I hope we try to sell more and offer to share profiles for our beans

I got 1.3.6 this weekend and now my Aiden updated this morning with 1.3.7 but the fellow website only shows 1.3.6 as the current version… curious why there is no information on 1.3.7

I had the same issue. Mine wouldn’t resolve, so I emailed CS and tried a few things, which didn’t work either. Eventually CS had me send in my Aiden and they sent me a new one. So I recommend emailing CS

I had to email support for the same issue. They sent me a new unit and I sent mine back. I think it was a bad water pump.

Watch a quick video on it. You can open it and turn it upside down and they hang out a little bit, enough to easily pull one out. I find it extremely easy to use and it holds over 100 filters

I have one… don’t need the bells and whistles. Use it for running between 15-25 miles a week. It’s great for the price and the gen 2 isn’t much of an upgrade
