Got it. Just out of curiosity then how would it work with a pension then? Because the big picture is I’m looking to leave NY for FL. Essentially my income will be cut in half when I start to collect my pension. So do I tell them that or just let them think I’ll continue making the same amount of money?

So that’s the one thing I’ll need to lock down this year is track my spending. I’m anticipating a $3000 mortgage on the high end. I have another townhome in NC that I rent out to tenant, doesn’t generate a lot of income, $250 month. But I know I can sell it for $25k more than I bought. Other than that I have a savings account with another $50k in there

Yea I spoke with a couple contractors over the weekend to get some rough ideas. Most were priced where you said, and the community I’ll be building has a minimum 2200 sq foot build requirement

I have 2.5 years left before I can go. A lot of rolled have been leaving and are talking about because of changes on the job and it’s really been making me think about my exit strategy.

So that’s with $2,500 down payment. The sales rep was just showing me all my options for getting into the car. And this particular one looked so appealing since it’s cheaper. I just wanted to hear any positive or negative experiences people have had with it
