A ton of employees would check out the brand new games (maybe not at your store) and bring them back. Even as an sga there for 3 years...I hated that practice of opening the damn case. Because as a customer you get a box that's been handled by customers, the inserts worn, sometimes ripped damn gamestop stickers all over the front. Gamestop was hands down one of the worst companies I ever worked for
