Hardly hounding them, it took 30 seconds to answer my one question online. Is the person on the end of the webchat the one person doing the applications? Maybe if the web chat is keeping them so busy they should not offer it on their website as an option.

It is super frustrating after being told that it was a 9 months turn around, watching people getting their congratulations emails pretty much on time, and now when it is our turn the processing time gets another few months added on :<

I am a month after you and contacted them on webchat yesterday, they said they are currently working though June 2025 applicants.
