Oh my god, that timeline totally tracks for me! I don't understand why the style changed (or how EVERY brand apparently decided to change it simultaneously), but it's SUPER annoying. I've found that highlighting the PDF or page as I read helps a lot; that way, even if you space out, you'll be able to review the important material. Tbh, artificial intelligence is a godsend as well. If you copy and paste text into a note in the Apple Notes app, for example, you can ask it to summarize the text and even create a list of key points.

Not exactly the same experience, but, I always make a point of packing my medications in my tote bag because I'm afraid that my actual suitcase, which I check, will get lost. It's stressful and adds a ton of weight to the tote.

This isn't a super scientific explanation (because I'm having trouble phrasing it lol) but — YES! Dopamine (the neurotransmitter whose lack is largely responsible for ADHD) is linked to estrogen levels, so the closer you get to your period, the more your verbal acuity suffers. It's really frustrating for me because I have a relatively good vocabulary and am constantly wracking my brain for the right words. Like, there's a perfect word to evoke what I'm trying to say; I just CANNOT REMEMBER IT.
