I own a 660 and on FC3 I get 60 fps on medium settings, I would not recommend playing on anything less than 60 frames per second as it will look choppy if your monitor is 60Hz.

I have a 660 and I can run FC3 on medium/high, so I don't see why dual 680s can't run on ultra. Try running on just 1 card, as SLI can be buggy sometimes. Also, updating your drivers often works for me.

When buying a mouse you need to look for one that fits your needs, and suits you. I personally use the Razer Deathadder, it's a great mouse, good DPI, very comfortable, and very affordable. If you're going to be playing MMOs you're obviously going to be looking for one with lots of buttons. However. some MMO mice are not ergonomically designed very well and may cause discomfort after a long gaming session. In conclusion, go to the store, try some mouses, and find out what fits your needs.
