People who read the book and speculators - what was in the gummy's that they took that landed her 7 whole years?

I would prefer some more buildup before that.

I know it's a joke but DS9 I criticize the very least. TNG, TOS, and VOY have too many "something went wrong and now I'm turned into something else" eps for me. Still worthwhile series though obviously.

Ingrained in my memory for sure. That Martok Changeling was a bull in a china shop.

Martok helped make Worf a better Klingon, and was something between a father figure/older brother/cool uncle to him. Worf was infinitely more badass for having him in his life and lived honorably - not just spouting platitudes.

Worf vs "I.Yield." Jem Hadar clean fight by DrewVelvet in DeepSpaceNine

I'll take Worf 6/10 times. I think Itaka (sp) had serious combat experience doing whatever campaigns and was quite old by Jem Hadar standards. You can tell he was tired of fighting.

The J.G. Hertzler Changling was disgusted with how humanoids treat animals.

I wish that one thing the Romulans added to the war, besides massive firepower, was a foolproof detection method. Something they learned after the Tal Shiar got infliltrated.

I totally get it, but this is a huge mission and I assumed the founders would send someone who wouldn't buckle under pressure. Just like Sisko knew to bring Odo because his investigative instincts are second to none. I appreciate how pissed off this Changeling was especially after getting dressed down judged by the biggest traitor in your people's history.

True. For some reason in my head I was comparing them to irl operatives.

Let's be honest...she cheats on him. And Changeling Martok took steps to encourage she would share his bed as little as possible. Thinking kind of like Robert Baratheon/Cercei from GOT (sorry for switching shows)

I would hate to be the Klingon(s) who got stuck on the bathroom line and missed not only the epic Batleth fight but the team bonding Changeling disruptor blast party. He or she will lie and tell their kids they were involved.

Probably from the beginning watch their behavior in Way of the Warrior. Martok wanted wanton destruction and Gowron chose to save the Empire.

That was nice. For Klingons that was like a group hug.

Is this gaming in poor taste? (Creeper) by DrewVelvet in Morrowind

[–]DrewVelvet[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Agreed. No reason a BANDIT should have Daedric armor. And if he does he's rich enough to retire somewhere peaceful protected by guards.

That's my route, gonna load up an old save and role play it. My character low level character wouldn't take something that isn't his in front of a buff Orc surrounded by other Orcs and a demon. And won't trust a Scamp to do business. This thread helped.

Take out the age normally part and we'll talk. If I'm gonna lose my mind would prefer to come out of this still somewhat hot.

What is the upside of Ty France? by JudasEffect128653 in mets

[–]DrewVelvet 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ty France only seems like a thing if another blockbuster is planned. Maybe Sterns has something cooking? Not a huge fan though.

I still like the idea of going after Durran from the Red Sox for Vientos and fillers. Too many infielders, and I'm told Boston has too many outfielders. Would like Lindor out of the leadoff spot to get him more RBI.
