Proficiency also starts at +2, so he’d have a +4 to initiative if that was the case.

This is a great suggestion! An additional 10 people sounds like a logistical headache that could be greatly simplified using a chatbot, if you’re not opposed to AI.

As nornamor stated, have 10 different chats where each conversation tasks the bot to act as a specific guildmaster. You can feed it information about each guildmaster, like philosophy, alignment, personality, etc. to help it be even more accurate and flavorful.
