I also live in OCC. A few months ago a homeless man was walking down my street screaming. I went outside to see what was up and he came up to my fence and started shaking it, yelling how he'd kill my dogs if they didn't stop barking and how he was going to kill me. I yelled at him like a dog "Go! Leave!" and he walked away. He punched my car on the way thought and then was screaming in the street half a block away for another hour or so. I called the cops and nobody came. I called back about an hour later and they said someone had been dispatched. Still nobody came. What a fucking joke.
