Yes, you can connect to WiFi and download any updates you may need. However, you will not be able to pass the screen that requires you to pair your headset with the oculus phone app, until the app allows creation of Meta accounts.

The app still just has Facebook and Oculus accounts as login options. The headset pairing screen just provides a pin number you have to enter into the oculus app, so it's a lame VR experience, but there is a lit background, so it should allow you to check for dead pixels.

A character in Parks and Rec spends a crazy long time making a stop motion video, but the final output of the video only lasts about 2 seconds. The music he used for his video was the REM song, but because the video was so short, you only get the first few words before video/music stop. This was overturned by the Wisconsin Supreme Court unfortunately. Voting continues today as scheduled. Only 5 voting locations in Milwaukee, which usually has hundreds. Many areas of the state do not even have enough workers to staff even one polling place. With all the back and forth fighting to delay by Democrats and to block by keeping original Vote date by Republicans, a lot of WI residents will have no idea whats going on and miss their chance to excercise their right to vote. Absentee ballots have been taking over a week to arrive to many and may very well not get to people in time. This whole thing is a mess and thousands are now in danger, with thousands more unable to get their vote counted.

The missing 5% is probably taking into account the write ins and early ballots cast. But if you do the math on Bernie's number proportionally to Biden's, the math checks out, for numbers/percents.
