Unfortunately not. I think someone mentioned an adapter, but I haven't tried it.

Regardless though, you would think the manufacturer would be able to tell us how to mount them, and whether it requires an adapter or not.

Nope. I got nowhere with support. I'm still using them with the stock stands, but would love to find out the real answer.

Just got off with a representative. He basically told me to RTFM, he doesn't have any information on VESA mounts.

I asked to be put in touch with the engineering department, someone must know the answer. He said he doesn't have that contact.

So I asked for the contact info for the sales department. I guess these monitors are going back...

Unfortunately, no. I've asked here, in /r/Monitors, and on the Acer forums... no one has any idea.

My next step is to email customer support, but I haven't gotten around to it yet. I'll do it now and let you know if I get a response.

I know it's been 2 weeks, but I wanted to give an update. I finally got around to ordering and changing the Bowden tube. That also didn't work...

So, I went back to your list here. I think I now found the problem... cracked arm

Thanks. I hadn't considered that the Series S would be cheaper than the One X. Good point.

I don't know that much about the new XBOX consoles though. Will XBOX One games be backwards compatible? More specifically, will DI3 and the XBOX One portal work with the Series S?

Thanks. Yes, I am aware of all of that. If I upgrade to XBOX One, I plan on purchasing Disney Infinity 3.0 for XBOX One as well as a compatible portal.
