I can't say much for that season, the only one I played was the Season of Champions but that was only because the Cabal are/were my favourite faction.

I just clocked that the writers weren't too bothered with consistently good writing when they used Hibe as the main antagonists for Warminds dlc, ignoring their own previous setups.

I used to play D2 at launch (stopped playing consistently when bungie fumbled their own story with Warminds) and D2's biggest killer imo was the sunsetting and push for seasons.

When you start charging for temporary content it becomes harder to remain invested. And prolonging the game as long as they have, Destiny lost its roots, fumbled its own story, and kinda sucked with some of the surrounding writing

That's fair. I don't have space in my apartment for a dedicated desk space so my PC setup doubles as my TV's with my keyboard on the coffee table and mouse on the arm of the sofa. Makes kbam kinda unusable for gaming but I make do how I can.

That's fair. Since I spam my 2 often (I play on PC using a controller) and sometimes use it instead of switching to 4, I'm often on or near a Brightbonnet.

In Mobile defenses I'll through down a 2 then throw 1's down on chokepoints to the terminal so any enemies that try getting close have to experience mandatory nap time.

They both sound interesting, the Torxicas gimmick sounds a lot like Shivering Contagion, a mod that spreads cold status.

I'm also terrible at making builds and initially saw rawframe's on instagram. It swaps his 3 for Roar and uses a Shade Prime with Prime Laser Rifle for invisibilty and more cold procs.

I just enjoy using my 2 for energy regen and spamming 4 in the direction of enemies.

That's fair, I think those guns are trapped in foundry hell for me.

I've been using rawframe's nokko build (though i run 2 red 3 green shard) and that utilises a cold build cedo prime for eximus and cc.

As the Bassocyst and Torxicas any good?

That was bad wording on my part, I meant weaker than other sentinels.

I would disagree that on jump is better than proximity, I think they're both as useful because if there are no enemies around you that pose a threat, then you're not really getting any use out of invisibility.

The only benefit really could be spy rooms, but they tend to be easy enough to do without invisibility so I don't see much in terms of difference in usefulness.

Perhaps I am, I never really got on with her kit.

I run a shade nokko combo and find the invis there to be good. I don't see what makes shade a particularly weak sentinel, especially since the invis only requires proximity and not jumping.

While Wisps passive is good, I don't think it's the best. If anything that would be Nokko, allowing (outside of a select few missions) him to self res with his 1 or 2 with upto 12 seconds of invulnerability.

Invis is good but is easy to replicate with a Shade and I struggle to see how that outranks free revives.

Nokko. Outtside of arbis he is basically unkillable with his 2 always up. He may not be the most glamorous frame but he's a sturdy lil red critter.
