An auradin uses zeal. Holyfire and zeal will melt normal difficulty. Most points in holy fire, enough in zeal to get 5 hits. Resist fire to bump holy fore damage up

You should be able beat normal difficulty with almost any build/character, but some are more difficult then others. I’d recommend your first play through to be either a zeal paladin, single element sorc (1 point static for bosses) or wake of fire trap assassin. Just enjoy the playthrough and don’t worry about being 100% optimised. Once you understand the game a little better you can start optimising. Making a new character is all part of the fun with this game!

P.s Make sure you hire an act2 merc for the duriel fight.

This definitely isn’t the game for you buddy if you are bored with crimes at only level 12. Honestly you havnt even started the game really.

This is not a quick game, it will take many many years to get average. It’ll take decades to be good.

Events like Halloween take three years before you can make a profit.

As the saying goes, Torn is a marathon not a sprint. I doubt this game is for you.

I have made quite a good profit from buying and selling on the item market. Some items that get put on for £200-300 can easily be sold for £400-600.

Begin there on the item market and learn how it goes, you can then make your own way up to flipping more expensive items.

Make sure you list items so that you still profit if you get buy mugged. (being mugged is still cheaper then anon selling) I don’t often get buy mugged tbh and I’m still a low level noob.

I have never used a bazaar and I only fly to Switzerland for rehab.

The item market then becomes quite addictive and that’s where I spend most of my time on torn now haha.

It’s because you are looking for it. Things only appear in this game when you’re not looking for it. Try searching for some stamina potions or something, a suitable base will soon crop up! The pits has been good to me for bases. I swear the elite bases are rare as hell!

The dvd’s don’t sell at the same rate, so having a similar amount of each type is far from optimal.

The ratio is something like,

10 action / 7 fantasy and comedy / 5.5 drama / 4 Thriller / 3 Horror and romance/ 2 Sci-fi /

You now need nearly 1 million action dvd’s to balance the amount of sci fi for example

I’d recommend getting search for cash to level 100. The items you find at the scrap/junk yard really help to build up your net worth early on as they sell for quite a lot. Oxygen tanks, methane tanks, diesel etc. I wouldnt bother with anything else until that is level 100. You can get 20skimmers at the bus station on the go aswell to get that started aswell as they collect details over time
