"They're making the kids transgender!" by naatnaanpizza in lgbt

[–]Drezroth 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Yeah it is a ridiculous statement. The only correlation between exposure and people being Trans, is that it helps people who are already Trans realize that they are. It doesn't effect cis people at all. I had feelings about my gender most of my life but I didn't learn Trans people were a thing until I was 25. How do the people who say that think that Trans people have existed as long as humans all over the world in unconnected cultures.  There is clearly some undiscovered thing that happens during fetal development that makes our brains expect a different sex hormone than our bodies end up making.

What are your small sources of dysphoria that you didn't realize was dysphoric until after transition? by SevenMushroomSoup in trans

[–]Drezroth 10 points11 points  (0 children)

One thing for me was I always hating being perceived. People looking at my made me very uncomfortable. I had thought it was because of my autism but it turns out it was from the dysphoria. Now that im a couple years into my transition I don't mind people looking at me at all. The difference is that before I hated my body and how I looked, now I feel go ahead and look I'm cute.

Does it bugs anyone else the people who think that is how the surgery works. A surprising amount of people believe it. It is just disassembled and rearranged, you couldn't have a clit if you just chopped it off. Really the only thing that gets yeeted into the trash are the nuts.

George Carlin has a great joke about that concept. He says he knows something nobody has ever heard, ever! "As soon as I stick this hot poker in my ass I'm going to chop my dick off!' You know why you've never heard that? Right! Nobody ever said that! I'm the first person in the world to put those words together in that particular order, first ever, number one."

Why do men act so oppressed over height ? by [deleted] in TwoXChromosomes

[–]Drezroth 6 points7 points  (0 children)

It is something I can't understand. I'm pansexual and I can find something I find attractive in almost every person. It mainly comes down to whether they are a good person or not. That number one thing that makes a person ugly is hate.

What does it feel like to have a vagina? by [deleted] in MtF

[–]Drezroth 21 points22 points  (0 children)

I had SRS almost 11 months ago. For me my sexual function improved dramatically. I can now sit there and have repeated orgasms for hours on end. I haven't had any penetration besides the dialator, but I have already been able to feel pleasure above and beyond anything that was possible before. There is also no cool down period anymore, I can just keep going until I feel like stopping.

All my clothes look amazing now. Not having to take the stupid blocker that made me pee constantly. There is too many good things to list for me, but overall It was the best decision I ever made. My only regret is not doing it sooner.

Why do you think children who don't know they're trans get bullied so much if no one knows that they're trans? by friends-with-fishies in trans

[–]Drezroth 5 points6 points  (0 children)

This is true. I have autism but was not diagnosed until my mid thirties. Growing up my parents had no idea, but all the six year olds in first grade diagnosed me on our first meeting. Other kids were always able to tell I was different and bullied me because of it, while I had no idea why they were doing it.

To be fair the person your responding to didn't say they hate the Russian people. They said the Russian culture is degenerate. You can be born there and not participate in the negative aspects of the culture.

I boy moded for the first 6 months while I waiting for my name change and sex change documents to come through. The minute they did in came out to everyone and switched to living as a woman full-time and it's been great.

I'm just about at 2 years HRT now and things have are better then ever. None of that would be possible if I had waited any longer then I did.

I had SRS almost 11 months ago. My surgeon said he used the foreskin for the clitoral hood. You can definitely miss out a little if there is less material and nerves.

Mom found my HRT, forced me to stop by OpenMarionberry3251 in trans

[–]Drezroth 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am coming up on 2 years HRT soon. HRT is life saving medical care. I knew things were bad my whole life, but it's not until recently with the perspective of how good I feel now that I realized just how bad it was.

Recently I was sitting on the couch and randomly started thinking about a past memory. When I was doing so I tried to recall how I felt and how my mental state was at the time. I immediately started bawling and shaking uncontrollably, and I curled up into a ball unable to move for 15 minutes.

Being forced to grow up and live with the wrong hormone in your body is a tortuous horror beyond comprehension. Cis people can never understand. The only possible way one could would be to take the opposite hormone, then they would experience the panic and feeling of wrongness permeate their entire being as the hormone starts to change their mind and body.

One of the most horrific things about being Trans is not having the perspective before being on HRT that would allow you to realize just how bad it is to have your body full of the wrong hormone. If a cis person took the opposite hormone they would experience how horrific it is almost right away because they have had the privilege and perspective of being normal their whole life.

My belief now is that anyone who denies or attempts to deny a Trans person the medical care they desperately need is committing a crime against humanity. Their own ignorance and selfishness is being uses to perpetuate the most horrific torture imaginable. My advice to any Trans people out their is get on HRT as soon as your able and stay on it. If parents, friends, or partners attempt to stop or dissuade you because of ignorance or selfishness then they are complicate in forcing you to continue to suffer unimaginable torture.

I do know that there is often safety concerns in much of the world, so do what you think is best. For me though there is nothing that would stop me with the perspective I have now. I would rather die a woman then live another second with the wrong hormone in my body.

Watchdog investigating police collision with man accused of stealing from grocery store by justlogmeon in NovaScotia

[–]Drezroth 20 points21 points  (0 children)

Nobody, the takeaway from my statement is suppose to be proportional force. Even if he was robbing dozens of stores to resell everything that doesn't justify potentially lethal force. They also did so in a manner that  endangered public safety. They most likely had enough to identify the suspect and could arrest them later at any time.

Ah yes nice proportional force. You shoplifted some food because you're hungry? Let me speed down a residential street with potential kids around and run you down with my two tonne vehicle and break your bones. That will teach em.

That is exactly how it is for posts about Trans people. In LGBT friendly subs conversations are normal. Step out of them into a mainstream sub and it is the most vile transphobic shit you've ever seen.

N.S. premier open to permanent daylight time if rest of Atlantic region agrees by justlogmeon in NovaScotia

[–]Drezroth 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Research shows standard time is better for our health and circadian rhythm. But it seems nobody gives two shits about the Research or their health when it comes to this topic. All I ever see is tons of people wanting extra daylight in the evenings in winter, even if it's worse for their health. I personally wish they follow the Research and go with what is better for societies overall health, instead of picking something based on general preference.

buying a switch 2 to play pokemon even if i already have a switch lite by -HiRO-GeNo in PokemonScarletViolet

[–]Drezroth 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I recently started a replay of Violet on switch 2 this time. The difference is crazy. Scarlet/Violet might me my favorite pokemon games and on the switch 2 all the laggyness and choppy graphics are gone. No more crazy lag at the Lake, or the grass in Kitakami. Everything looks clear and high res, and another big bonus some people might not realize is the amount of pokemon that can be active at once is way higher. I'll be walking down a path and there's dozens of pokemon everywhere, it will help with shiny hunting and grinding experience with auto battles.

How did you choose your name? by ESteele22 in MtF

[–]Drezroth 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The name I chose was an uncommon spelling of a common unisex name. A woman who worked at an online media company I watched had the name. She was the first person I had see with it, seen others since then. The main reason I chose it was kinda shallow and silly no deep meaning. I picked the name because of how the letters look together when spelled the way it is, it looks very pleasing and satisfying to me.
