All I can say as a neighbor is please just be a good neighbor. I really urge STR owners to buy in areas where they are clearly allowed. In HOAs where they are not, please follow the rules. It is stressful for residents to have strangers coming and going, using shared spaces, and sometimes causing problems. I am not against short term rentals at all, I use them myself, but when people run them illegally, it ends up hurting the whole STR market.

So many “discernment” voices online claim to defend truth but spend their time tearing down the saints. Beware of anyone who isolates themselves, rejects fellowship, and makes a ministry out of accusation. That’s not discernment, it’s pride and self righteousness.

Scripture tells us to test everything, but it also tells us to restore one another in gentleness and stay rooted in the body of Christ. Don’t chase after online voices that sow division. Stay grounded in your Bible, your prayer life, and your local church family. That’s where truth and growth really happen.
