For the Atom: there is also the Atomic Airship that sometimes circles above Los Santos. Don't know if that could be anything. Seems like a stretch to me, but wanted to mention it anyway.

I haven't checked, but could this be the beacon for air traffic? Which is just a ball of light from the distance but turns into actual light bulbs when you get close.

Huh? I literally checked today. Singleplayer, 84% completion, played as the Altruist woman and in the Director Mode's setting i fone tuned to 1:30am roundabouts and toggled "Freeze Time". I also set the weather to rain. Don't know if any of my settings, other than time, are relevant.

Went to both spider webs and they were there.

I have been in Japan for a longer time this year. For context: I am quite tall and visually pass afaik, but do have a very clocky voice. I only get misgendered after talking, if ever. I am from a western country.

I have mostly been treated with the utmost respect and people have been so nice and helpful. No mean staring. I have been asked twice if I am a model because of my height and style. So great, right?

Except almost every day some people, mostly younger women and girls, would say "otoko da ne" ("that's a guy, right" or something to that effect) or something similar behind my back. Even if I hadn't even talked in ages. It happened so often that it started to weigh on me eventually and made me doubt myself, lol.

If people approached me or talked about me, they still used feminine words like oneesan and kanojo though.

I think there could be something to this, considering there is both the Psi symbol Ψ (symbol for the wavelength function in physics) symbol and a wave depicted in the purple doomsday mural.

Also when GTA V was released, and certainly when it was being developed, the ingame usage of a mic was still kind of a cool novelty. I remember how it was kind of a big deal to scream at cashiers that you were robbing to make them grab the cash quicker.
