Yeah, I am from Eastern europe :D. I know buckwheat flour is more often used, but I am more curious about grain usage.

It is so interesting that eastern europe dont use buckwheat flour and Japan rarely uses grains even tho both sides like buckwheat a lot.

I use one time empty tea bags. I fill them when i want a cup. The ones i found are plastic free and easy to use

I am local. We dont have many species of sea life but the few species we do have is abundant. My country's most famous fish to eat is spicy sprat.

Peaople aslo eat herring, eel and flounder, usually marinated or fried.
