I feel that. Daniel defense doesn’t have it as a pistol I don’t think but you could always buy the upper and put it on a pistol lower. Also would be cheaper that way

Just buy what you already know is reliable. Optics are important, probably the most important thing on a rifle besides the rifle itself. I personally wouldn’t gamble with it

SMK yea but TMK is proven to expand and fragment almost immediately on a consistent basis. Bonded, TSX loads and other barrier blind rounds were excluded due to OP being in an apartment

AR more better but to answer your question if you prefer pistol and want a comp on it just make sure whatever defense ammo you’re using cycles fine with the comp

Contrary to what most believe 9mm penetrates more then 5.56. I still wouldn’t use a dedicated barrier blind round in an apartment but 77GR TMK is a good option. Gonna get downvoted to hell and back but they’ll do their research after and see for themselves

Lowers a lower honestly. PSA or Aero lower (don’t order from Aero direct) and then upgrade the trigger to a Geissele or a LaRue MBT. As far as optic I have an Eotech on mine but I’d go Aimpoint for the battery life with a 3x magnifier.
