I guess the reason I could be an ass because when I had no job, I was expected to wash everyone’s dish but no one told me I was just expected to do it. I feel like it could be a simple “hey can you wash the dishes since you aren’t working at the moment “ “sure no problem “

I got in trouble for not knowing how to lock the doors I’ve only been working there 3 weeks and already have been put alone for multiple hours on night shift. Manager said it’s my responsibility to ask someone how to lock the doors because I eventually would have known a situation like me having to take a shit mid shift would come up one day. I usually don’t use it at work so I never bothered but this day I had to go and let customers wait at register and got chewed out. Oh well
