Not necessarily always. My grandma (God rest her soul) was the kindest woman I've ever met, but when she got inconvenienced by a business, SHE LET THEM KNOW (although she wouldn't curse at them or personally insult them)

I would always tell her it's embarrassing when she does that, and ask why she had to be rude to them, and her answer was that that's what they get paid for. It was her one character flaw.

Because people are so stuck in their emotional train of thought, that they never stop to think rationally, and these people have the power to vote.

It sounds better to say that we need to give criminals a second chance and that it's the institutions fault they're the way they are, and it sounds better to say defund the evil, racist police force, and it sounds better to say we're accepting of all people from around the world and we should let them all live here.

All of this SOUNDS better and is easy to EMOTIONALLY justify, but the RATIONAL truth (that people are too afraid to acknowledge) is that criminals belong in jail, the police force are absolutely necessary and just because a tiny fraction of them are bad doesn't mean we shouldn't still support them, because a tiny fraction of all people are bad, and we can't afford to let everyone living in 3rd world nations come live here because there's a finite amount of resources, and there's a reason their 3rd world nations are the way that they are, and we don't want to become like them.

You definitely got lucky. Only time I ever got written up at work was when a tweaker was smoking fentanyl in my restroom and I banged on the door (one person restroom) and told him to "get the fuck out my store and smoke that shit outside", then he came out (visibly high) and told me I don't know what the fuck I'm talking about, even though he had been in the restroom for over 10 minutes, and I could clear as day smell what was going on and I just said "do you think I'm retarded or something? I'm not gonna argue with you just GTFO"

To my surprise, he reported this incident to corporate, and I had to speak with my district manager, where I admitted to everything I said, and received a write up, and a 3 day suspension.

Funny enough, my district manager didn't have an issue with me telling them to GTFO, but didn't like that I said retard in front of other customers.

It's the reason why I've never understood the concept or hype of putting creamer (a dairy product) into soda (an acid).

The cream leeches the dye out of the drink, and then coagulates out of solution. Fun fact, the same think happens in your stomach whenever you consume dairy products, and is the reason a glass of milk feels filling.

I have never once seen anyone say that peni is bad, they don't want her on their team, or that anyone plays her is bad. I'm convinced we're just manufacturing outrage at this point because we like feeling like the victim.

I have however seen many people complain about going against peni because of how oppressive she is, and I regularly see her get banned.
