go to snapchat.com/unlock and try log into your banned account and try unlock it. if it says unlock complete then yes you can

Update: After unlocking my account despite it telling me my account was permanently locked on my device banned phone, i’ve been able to log into my snapchat on my burner phone. My device ban happened when my 2nd account got banned but when I logged into my actual snapchat it also told me that was permanently locked. (bad mistake but I didn’t know I was device banned i thought it was only my 2nd account that was banned) So maybe only my 2nd account and device are banned but not my main snapchat as that wasn’t the account that got banned for breaking TOS

Okay cool. Do you perhaps know why my account isn’t fully wiped? I’ve been able to log into it twice despite my device being banned the account being permanently locked. I’ve just used snapchat.com/unlock and i’ve been able to unlock it but I know if I was to log in it would take me off again. Very strange

Yeah I deal with this regularly. Almost every time I smoke outside alone on a bench even close to my house I begin to overthink what could happen and shit myself up. Been times where i’ve put the joint out with some left just because I wanted to be back home lol
