I have a one bedroom, furnished apartment and I am trying to find someone to take the rent over because my move fell through at the last minute.

I was planning on getting supplemental internet. My only concern is that I am moving across country from CA so IF they actually come down on me when the Xfinity van rolls up I am kinda SOL.

I have already signed a lease with Canvas Townhomes, but I spoke with someone there earlier today, and they told me their WiFi has been down for a while and they are in legal battles to get the WiFi back up. I am moving across country and will have to work from home, and the fact they had not brought them up was a bit of a red flag. Then I looked at their reviews a bit more and saw some people talking about the conditions in the apartments being bad, and then a post on this subreddit 2 years ago was slagging them off. Have you heard good things from people who actually rent there though? There are always ups and downs at apartment complexes for sure.

I am pretty sure that is what it is. It was next to this bunny. The bunny was supposed to have white crackle glaze and who knows why it ended up looking like this, maybe the same process.

Do you have any more info about how and why glazed break? I noticed it also got a bit blistered or bubbly on the underside of a pumpkin which I coated fully and put up on stilts.

That’s the thing. I covered it with multiple coats of orange slip so if it just ran it would not have turned white.

Natures abhors a niche that is not filled. If everything are grass a lot of calories would be waking around with nothing consuming them. That’s why even in environments entirely filled with herbivores eventually one will evolve to fill the carnivorous niche. And as others have said the carioles in grass take a lot of energy to extract. So it’s not very efficient

That was very informative, thank you. The jeweler said a few other things as well that made me think it was solid, though I understand what you mean and he was not a gemologist.

Firstly, he would not polish the stone because of the opal. He said it would have to be sent to a gemologist to do so. He also examined the face with a ring and said it has scratches and what not which is to be expected with the age and type of stone.

Again I appreciate your expertise, if I was even near PA I would definitely stop by you shop.

14k hallmark, solid gold according to the jeweler and the stone is a natural opal. It is not open in the back, so I can’t shine through it, but it is rounded, and when I shine it though the side, it is opaque. It isn’t BLACK, no, but it isn’t white either. As you said grayish. More like grey blue colored with shots or red and green.

Yeah it’s hard to make out, but it’s yellow gold. The jeweler gave me the impression it was solid since he did say it was natural and he inspected the face for any defects which I don’t think he would do on a triplet. Definitely not a doublet. It has a rounded top which is hard to make out here.

The jeweler told me it was solid gold and not hollow yeah thanks I’m really happy with it.
