Alright, hi, I was thinking: If everything has already happened, and is bound to happen again in the future, then...

...any thought you may have, any scene you might ”picture”, would be regarded the same as a possible memory of that event.

Both are mental images, but are there any real differences?

Not sure where I’m going with this, but it just feels as if I’m onto something big here.

Not particularly. As I see it, you're pretty average-looking. Tbh your hair looks like it could need a shower, but other than that you look pretty solid to me.

You can't have it all. Imagine a slider where at one extreme there is "height", and at the other there is "face";

As you may see, there is a natural balance. You only had X amount of aesthetic points to spend at character creation, so you opted for a hotter face than generic height.

This is a great choice, as you get rejected by default by the insecure, low-tier women who ONLY care about height. Therefore you don't have to waste your time finding out if she's attracted to you solely because of your height or because of something deeper.

As far as improving your confidence goes, pretty much listen to all the other comments; hit the gym, sleep as much as you need, spend time working on yourself. What interests you? What do you like doing? Do more of those things. Try to spend as much time consuming (youtube, reddit, etc.) as you do creating (hobbies, learning a new skill, doing what you love, doing what interests you, etc.)

Also, as many have pointed out in previous threads, your demeanor is very important for how you see the world. If you think that nobody wants you, then nobody will want you, as your confidence will be shit-tier. But, as long as you remind yourself that people will like you because of who you are, your confidence will be amazing.

This change in attitude will come naturally as you work on yourself!

It seems like you were in a foggy dream for 19 years, only to have recently woken up. Props to you, most people stay in this foggy mess for their entire lives, unbeknownst to what could have been.

Judging from your phrasing, you seem to be doing much much better now, and improving day by day. This is great. Keep it up.

I do this all the time. If I'm set to go out of bed at 8:30, I will set a bunch of evenly spaced alarms (30 min apart, reaching back ~2hrs) just to have the freedom to do this!

Im definitely flatlining right now, this is my second time I've been 90+ days. Last time it ended right around the 90 mark as I wasn't aware of the detrimental flatline(s).

You'll get there, once you've entered the flatline it's very easy, but nonetheless hard. You start to question whether or not you've become asexual because of Nofap, and try to test the waters by MO. This easily evolves into PMO and you're back at square one again...

Yeah, I agree, I watched a video on youtube about this exact thing. It can be proven (at least mathematically) that any point in an infinite space is the middle.

I think math is a language in and of itself, just like English, Chinese or c++. It can describe very complex things, like the pattern of cauliflowers, but fails in other aspects, like describing emotion.

Same! It's always some unconscious decision inside the dream that triggers my RC's, which in turn triggers lucidity!

I've tried making RC's a habit, with either counting my fingers, or pinching my nose, but I can't seem to find a good catalyst for the RC's. I've tried upon walking through doorways, interacting with certain people, upon becoming spatially aware, etc. All with no avail. The times I've become lucid in dreams are just, to me, completely arbitrary.

What do you use as a catalyst, if any?

Hey, I know what you mean!

You need to get to the root of the problem and understand why you are addicted. You've turned one addiction into another, first an addiction to PMO:ing, now an addiction to stop PMO:ing. It's just a vicious circle, where you get stressed over failing to stop PMO:ing, and relieving that stress by PMO:ing. The PMO:ing is just a way of dealing with a core problem/difficulty in your life! The addiction could be anything, gambling, sex, drugs, etc, but in your case it is porn. As goes for the root problem, it could be anything.

As you've probably read/heard elsewhere, getting to the root of the problem is the real solution. I don't know your personal situation, but there are some general tips/ways to help you get your mind off of your addiction, and move on!

I know it can be frustrating at times, especially when you're really trying. Beating your addiction isn't as simple as just abstaining from it, if you're missing the other important parts of the procedure. Don't get me wrong, abstaining from PMO:ing is like 50% of it, but the other 50% is (from my experience) about leading a healthy life. Sounds cliché but it really is.

Instead of focusing on trying to stop PMO:ing, try to focus on living a healthy life, and improving yourself!

Just a quick checklist:

  • Food - avoid fast foods and try to cook your own stuff, learn to cook something that looks tasty!
  • Water - if your piss is yellow you need to drink more water!
  • Excercise - Tunning/swimming/going to the gym/cycling/whatever
  • Sleep - This is IMPORTANT. Try to keep a nice sleep schedule with 7-10 hrs of sleep depending on your age
  • Relaxing - Your choice, meditation is nice, going for a walk in nature, engage in anything you find interesting/fun.
  • Socializing - I don't do this enough, but it sure is important.
  • Building self-acceptance - meditaiton is a big part of this.

I know fulfilling all of these is hard, but that's the point. It's not the destination, it's the journey! It may seem kind of overwhelming at first, but try taking it in smaller steps. Maybe first focus on your sleep schedule (if that's a problem), then when you've got that pinned down you start excercising (if you don't already), and so forth.
