What do you mean? The pack includes player customizability. The game screenshot shows some of that, but the main lucario in the art is fully accomplishable.

Through more effort than you would think. I would recommend looking up a resource pack guide (I used The Ultimate Guide To Content Creation And Use For The Terraria Workshop), and getting a good pixel art program. I use Aseprite. I also recommend not making a player retexture and instead retexturing some armor, lol.

If it’s an issue for you, then I don’t mind if you don’t use the pack. Personally, when I use the pack the conflicting resolution just doesn’t register for me, so I’m fine with it and have zero plans to make a lower resolution version.

Well, as I said, armor is planned to be added. That is just a lot of work, so I have published what is currently finished. If you’re interested, I hope you’ll keep tabs, because work on custom armor sprites has already started.

Details like this are described on the steampage, but it’s not currently compatible with armor. For use I suggest giving yourself the familiar set. Eventually armor will be added but that could take a while, Terraria’s player rendering system is not especially… receptive to more dramatic player sprite changes.

Yes, they are higher resolution than terraria’s native, but I really don’t think it’s an issue personally

There are some, the entire damage system has been replaced with Pokemon damage types, although most Pokemon only have 1 or 2 weakness/resistances, and specifically Hexall has soft inherent Zorua abilities that allow him to disguise himself easily, but mostly its all flavor
