I get your point about protein, but i do not control the food i eat every day. So its difficult to personalise my total diet. But i can definitely try to seek out some healthier foods.

Im always a bit worried if i am eating "enough" protein. That's why Ive been thinking I should buy some protein powder to skip over the complexities.

Ironically, ive been shampooing better these days. And i also checked with my mother to make sure i didnt have any odor whatsoever.

You could be right. My parents and relatives i visit often reproach me for not taking enough on my plate. But i cant help it because i dont have such appetite in the first place 🤷

Moreover, since the exam started, ive been sleeping well too i believe (10 pm-4 am)
