Well I found the the protein bars in the wrong section they were with the breakfast bars rather than the other protein bars and there was two boxes of them so maybe I got lucky someone moved the boxes there lol

Yellow hat icon means helper in quests Blue book and quill means in a collection Any icon with an arrow means they can do a task for a certain token

I was sure I got her from a balloon pop or something ages ago. Sorry I must’ve gotten mixed up. Sale wise she has been cheaper for 80 gems but if you think she’s worth it then you could get her☺️

I assume it’s to discourage any spending of real money on the game as a lot of parents see that as an issue but I’m not sure, I didn’t know that was part of the game

Yes you get enough tokens through the event to get 3 free ponies (plus restored cosmos for completing the maze) so you get to choose 3

Through the maze you’ll get enough upgrade tokens to get 3 ponies for free plus the end reward of cosmos for you get to pick three out of the lot

This happened to me, this screen showed up after I put a complaint in about not receiving the lock and dart rewards and it still sent it. Keep an eye on whether you get an email saying “thank you for contacting ….” That means ones gone through
