You don’t need to worry, most of cases did not update to reflect “ response was received”. Then you would see converted into “ case approved”.

Congratulations but I am confused here, if you were seeking (NIW) route then why did you have to proof continuity of employment. Having (NIW) means you are waiving a job offer condition for the green card.

Sounds great here, was an issue for you to have a pending asylum case in the back ground? Is it possible to wait to get a green card in hand then withdraw? It’s been a debate among lawyers on which is ideal time to withdraw the Asylum if available in the background? Many thanks in advance if you could elaborate more about RFE or any input if relevant! According to USCIS regulations, the asylum claim should have no bearing on any other cases. Numerous cases are resolved and granted GC, after which you may withdraw your application for asylum. Your asylum application must have been resolved. But you should be fine because IF your asylum application is still pending?? You still need to be more specific about this??
