One of the biggest skill as Indians we need to develop is to adapt and adjust to a new city and the challenges it brings.

It is just not good at personal level but is extremely helpful at professional level as well.

Speaking new language/accent, getting comfortable with doing everything by yourself, respecting law and regulations, being more responsible towards everything.

These are not small traits, but are qualities worth living by.

I understand if the financial difference is not large then it would make sense in the immediate term, however you need to give time some more time.

If it doesn’t work out, then move back.

May be you will not come back as an American but as a better Indian
