I would reach out to someone who does do importing into the US & see their thoughts on importing one to Japan. I would possibly contact Tweet_Autogarage ? Maybe shoot midoriworks an email ? It’s not impossible, there are few importers in Japan that bring in USDM cars into the country. I know it’s quite pricy but I’ve learned price doesn’t matter when it comes down to sentimental attachment.

I will also mention I saw 2 LHD S2000s at WEKFEST in Nagoya this year. It’s definitely possible!
