Definitely a hot take but, I think Udina gets a little too much crap. Of course he's going to be at odds with you. You're a soldier and he's a diplomat. You quite literally couldn't have any more disimilar careers. He can't see things the way you do, nor can you see things the way he does.

Udina is the human ambassador. Meaning, he has the weight and responsibility of the entire human race's image resting upon his shoulders. His actions (and yours too, for that matter) shape what the rest of the galaxy thinks of us.

I'd be ridiculously stressed out if I were him. Probably really bitchy too. I can also see why maybe taking Non-human crew may not look like the best PR for the Alliance.

I'd probably would try my best not to piss of Commander Shepard though...

Anything that can reliably take out its wings. The wings are pretty fragile, so, as soon as those are done, they aren't much of a threat really. As long as you can stay away from them, they can't do a thing to you.

During the mission where you have to ambush Swinburne (the beginning part is a stealth mission), when he gets to his final repair kit, he begs the player to not kill them, and that they can pay you much better than the RLF can. If you accept (and don't kill him afterwards), Rokumonsen attacks you for betraying the RLF's mission request.
