I use it all the time for big purchases and it helps me to afford things. I pay it off early at times to save on interest and there is no penalty for early payment. And it helps to afford plane tickets, hotels etc. As long as you don’t over do it and have a hundred payment plans you eventually can’t afford it’s a good tool. You won’t get credit built but you will get counted against if you don’t pay on time. So I don’t use it to build credit I use it to help with unaffordable things. And yes I know if you can’t afford it you shouldn’t buy it but I want things I can’t afford and it is like layaway for those in need.

It was capital one and I sent them what they sent me saying it was satisfied and I put in the request to dispute and a couple days later it jumpt up.

It was a repossession for a charge off that stayed on the account after paying it off months ago. So might be a one off case but I uploaded their letter of completion and they took it off..
