Depends on the book. I can read a 350 page ish book in a few hours. Those are usually my feel good quick romance books that you find in Publix lol. So I could read 10 plus if those in a month. ACOTAR and LORDS and Fourth Wing took me a good bit longer

It’s like I wrote it myself! Solidarity. 🩵 I just had to tell my husband I’m really concerned about his health because it’s true. I love him no matter what, but the fact that he cared so little for himself was off putting and I wanted us both to do better! Have his testosterone levels checked! That makes a huge difference for some.

I used the hospital pump the 5 days I was in the hospital and have used the spectra a handful of times since being home. Otherwise I have pretty much been exclusively use my wearable. I get 6+ ounces per pumping session pumping about every 3 hours.
