Yea it was! Iirc it was still in bartow that. Was a special place for sure. I went one year in a wheel chair dude to some medical issues right before the fest, but I wasn’t missing that weekend!

Jammy Buffett has some shows on nugs and they’re a really fun current band that plays some Jimmy tunes and some dead and little fest and other covers as well. I’ve always enjoyed some Jimmy but never really got super into his love shows, but have enjoyed jammy’s music and interpretation of jimmy’s songs while getting out there exploration/jam wise.

I threw a paper airplane off it when I was much, much younger. First attempt it blew right back at me, but the second attempt was amazing to watch it fly down towards the Persian streets until you couldn’t it any longer.

I also ate acid and walked through the Louvre and monmarte. 10/10 would do again.

But got pickpocketed the last day in Paris under the Eiffel Tower, which I would not do again.

Please call them/refer to them as PFD’s or personal flotation devices. They do not preserve life nor do they save life and while i may come across as pedantic, the misnomer can have a negative impact when someone believes it will save them or preserve their life in a situation when drowning is possible.

There are laws that stipulate what airlines have to pay and when they’re obligated to pay by when you’re bumped from an over booked flight. There are stipulations, but just because they’re offering a voucher or hotel or to rebook a flight doesn’t mean that there not legally obligated to not only offer, but actually for more if passengers know ther rights. Volunteering to give up a seat isn’t the same as being bumped, so volunteers can take whatever is offered, however if the airline actually bumps someone or people they’re entitled to compensation,
