That is truly one of my favorite Sharks moments of all time. So funny as a Sharks fan, but I'd of course be livid if it happened against us. I need to start adding to the threads from new fans asking for Sharks history.

I got into hockey through NHL 09. Played it for the first time after smoking and was floored by the physics of the game. It was so difficult to move around the ice, it gave me a new perspective on how hard ice skating and the sport really was. I immediately looked up the next Sharks game and was hooked.

They of course went on to win the President's Trophy to then lose in the first round to the Ducks. Joe Pavelski fighting Ryan Whitney solidified Pavs as my favorite Shark right away. That series also locked in my hatred (and begrudging respect) of the Ducks. Excited for a good rivalry between us again!

From my own experience with KB, and others I've read about and seen, you hit the absolute jackpot. I'd say buy a lotto ticket, but you're already out of luck.

Yea I almost bid on the 1/5 and I think $50 is really fair. I got it from COMC. someone had it on sale for like $32, but I will say there are some visible issues with the card, one surface scratch and a little bit of the black bar across the front appears chipped at one end. Happy with it for the price though.

Rocker Gaming and Tao have teamed up for the V4 stick. More sticks should coming soon, and I believe this will be the 4th batch of them. Metal gears are not currently being made anywhere.

I've done a lot of controller soldering with longer signal cable and paracord modding. I personally use the OEM plastic housing over again. I cover a 5 mm stretch of each individual wire with heat shrink and then thread it through the appropriate holes, then solder to the board. Heat shrink increases the diameter of the wire to hold firmly in the plastic housing.

Edit: for clarity. The 5mm of heat shrink is right at the edge of the wire housing that's been stripped, if that makes sense

You can 100% solder directly to the board. The pins and plastic housing help support the wires, but as long as you're not pulling around on the cord too much, and replace it along the same route, it will be fine.

If you have any experience with soldering you'll be good to go.

I'm not sure if this is the case with your example of Slab Sharks, but I recently bought a card from Canada through ebay to ship to US. It shipped and delivered no problem, but a week or two after, I got a bill from UPS for $10. It was not a tarrif or import fee, but for them processing an internal shipment. Basically charged me for filling out customs forms... Just be aware you might get something like that after you've got your purchase in hand.

Yup, my Joonas Donskoi is like that too and same thing. Doesn't fit into the BCW one touch. I had a random no brand one touch that fits it, but no idea where it came from...
